The following are some tips for effectively searching on LiveDeal to get more specific results:

LiveDeal searches are not case-sensitive, so whether or not you use capital letters, your results will be the same.

• Make sure all words are spelled correctly.
• Try different keywords.
• Try more general keywords.
• Search in a different location.

AND
Searching for multiple keywords? If you are looking for postings where two or more keywords are all present, just enter the keywords with a space between them.

	Search:		2002 Honda Accord
	Results:		all postings whose titles or descriptions contain all three words (2002, Honda, Accord) in the title in any order

PHRASE
Want to search for an exact phrase or set of words in a particular order? Just place quotation marks around the group of words.

	Search:		"Beverly Hills Cop"
	Results:		all postings whose titles or descriptions contain "Beverly Hills Cop" (in that particular order)

NOT
If you are looking for postings that don't contain a certain word, place a minus sign immediately before the word to be excluded (no space).

	Search:		blue jean -jacket
	Results:		all postings whose titles or descriptions contain the words blue and jean but not containing the word jacket

OR
If you are looking for postings where one word or another is present, enter keywords in parentheses separated by commas (with no space after the commas).

	Search:		(Sony,Toshiba)
	Results:		all postings whose titles or descriptions contain either the word Sony or Toshiba

WILD CARDS
If you are looking for postings that contain words starting with a particular sequence of letters, enter the letter sequence followed by an asterisk.

	Search:		book*
	Results:		all postings whose titles or descriptions contain a word that starts with book (for example: book, books, or bookcase)
